All of my items are handcrafted by me and unique.
That is part of what makes them so special! I know you treasure your item and will work to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
 Accepted payment methods -I accept payment through PayPal, credit cards and gift cards.
CREDIT CARDS/PAYPAL: You don’t need a Paypal account to pay for your order through Paypal. Click the payment button and you will see the option to pay with your credit card without signing up for a Paypal account.
I expect immediately payment.
If you need more time, just let me know.
Shipping
I ship worldwide from Italy.
Shipping cost is based on weight .
If you pay much more than the Postage and Packaging costs, I will refund you.
Any Import Taxes or charges are the buyers responsibility in your country.
I always try to get my items out speedily, you will receive a shipping notification when your order has been packed ready to be sent to you.
Shipping from Italy within 2 – 4 days after purchase.
If you order personal products, the production and dispatch time will be after the production of your order 2-8 weeks.
Once the products have shipped the order may not be cancelled.
I ship in a protected envelope by registered airmail or priority mail non tracable mail
That takes aprox. 7 days within Europe and 7-30 days overseas.

Please make sure your address PayPal is correct.
In the worst case scenario your package will have a delay due to customs. If customs fees are levied, they have to be payed by you and I will not refund them.
Any Import Taxes or charges are the buyers responsibility in your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you have any problems at all with a doll you have ordered please get in touch and I will always do my best to help.
With the exception of custom made dolls (which are exempt from the right to cancel) you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 7 days after the day of delivery. All items in my store are made with love and packaged with the utmost care and attention. But if it happens that the thing acquired disappoint you, email me and we’ll solve this problem – you return me a thing, I’ll give you money.
Thing can be returned:
– Not wearing and in the original packaging;
– For customers from the European Union within 14 days after its receipt;
– For buyers from other countries (USA, etc..) Within 14 days after its receipt );
– If you want me to return a purchase, please contact before sending me up to 7 days after the day of delivery;
– shipping charges assumes the buyer;
